4028 Miles Downloaded the data from my Garmin 310XT and I have cycled at least another 424 miles since 26 July 2011, that's an average of 6 miles a day, but my average speed over the 4028 miles is still 9 miles per hour - far to slow for my liking :~s Although I did cycle 36.65 miles today, with a Max speed of 38.2 mph on the way to karate, with a mean speed of 15.675 mph, :~D

3600.36 Miles Downloaded my data from my Garmin 310XT and discovered that I have covered 3600.36 miles since I purchase it, in 398 Hours and 18 minutes, which only gives me an average of 9 miles per hour - need to Cycle, Run and Swim faster :~)
