dump1090 Back in May Sebastian posted an update to dump1090 and then I spotted the follow up post so built dump1090. dump1090 No supported RTLSDR devices found. but running dump1090 as root fixed the issue, now I need to work out how to change owner/group of /dev/usb* and /dev/ugen* to make this work without root. Now I can test this on my Raspberry Pi Zero with Waveshare POE hat running OpenBSD! /usr/local/bin/dump1090 --enable-agc --interactive --net then open http://localhost:8080/ in a browser.

pwnagotchi The USB ethernet gadget on my pwnagotchi was working, and then I realised that I had removed the WaveShare POE shield which had dtoverlay=dwc2,dr_mode=host in the config.txt removing the dr_mode=host restored the USB ehternet gadget. ntpdate ntpdate was not picking up the time from my ntpd but when I add the host to /etc/hosts it successfully update the time… FlipperZero Installed Unleashed - time to have a play…

Safeguarding and Protecting Children Scotstoun Stadium, 18:30 to 21:30 72 Duncan Avenue, Glasgow, G14 9HD VoIP The Cisco IP Phone that I bought of eBay turned up to day, this lead to more adventures as my POE injector which does 48 V - required by the CP-7940G does power +ve on pins 4 & 5 and -ve on pins 7 & 8 where as Cisco does pins 1 & 2 for +ve and pins 3 & 6 for -ve. So I have a power supply on order - it was cheaper than buying another 48V POE injector that is compatible with the cisco. Standards are great - you get to pick the wrong one!

Sun Fire V100 Recovered zebra one of my Sun Fire V100 using diskless(8). Remembering to start all the needed deamons: /usr/sbin/portmap -d /sbin/nfsd -t -u -n 2 /sbin/mountd -d /usr/sbin/rpc.bootparamd -d /usr/sbin/rarpd -d re1 Then using rpcinfo -p to check everything, and tcpdump to check what is happening on the network. Doing a boot -v bsd resulted in the kernel dropping into a panic with an unknown option `v' error - I was hoping for verbose output from OpenProm. PoE Fix PoE power fix for a NanoStation M2 : a good write up, and good solution to a power problem. hardware
