PinePhone To connect my MacBook to the pine phone I used: ioreg -p IOUSB to find out which USB serial device to use. Then used cu -l /dev/cu.usbserial-1420 -s 115200 to connect - needed sudo to get access. PineTime NRFConnect can be used to connect the pinetime to update the firmware.
