Installed siglo via flatpak on Ubuntu, as NRF failed to update PineTime to InfiniTime 1.9.8.
InfiniTime is C++ based but LupYuen's PineTime is based on Rust and MyNewt.

/src/lib/libc/crypt/arc4random_uniform.c can be viewed on cvsweb due a thread.
