Operation not permitted
Using find on Mac OS X was generating lots of 'Operation not permitted' errors on the CLI
Systems Preferences and allowing the Terminal app to have Full Disk Access:
System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy Tab -> Full Disk Access
Click the padlock to allow changes and add Terminal to Full Disk Access - which will remove the 'Operation not permitted' errors.
