Upgrade Wordpress
Installed wp-cli to do maintenance on my WordPress instance.
Need to change ownership of the wordpress directories with a
chown -R fred: wordpress/
and then revert the change once the upgrade was done.
xenodm
Upgrading my main laptop to -current and the switch to xenodm had happened need to create a new .xsession file:
# fred's sysadmin dot.xsession for home
export ENV=$HOME/.kshrc
# LG Screen
xrandr --output HDMI1 --mode 1920x1080 --pos 0x0 --output LVDS1 --off
#Samsung Screen
#xrandr --output VGA1 --mode 1920x1080 --output LVDS1 --off
/usr/local/libexec/tray-app/battery &
/usr/local/libexec/tray-app/sound &
/usr/local/bin/redshift-gtk &
/usr/local/bin/xscreensaver -nosplash &
if [ -x /usr/local/bin/dbus-launch -a -z "${DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS}" ]; then
eval $(/usr/local/bin/dbus-launch --sh-syntax --exit-with-session)
fi
/usr/local/bin/awesome
Which was basically a copy of my .xinitrc file, but setting the ENV.
It was great to see the use of Spleen monospaced fonts as the default system font during the upgrade, need to work out how to make it my default font.
