Planning meeting for next year of SLUG

Cross-platform music tagger written in Python - updated the port to release 1.3.2.
The code is now on github: musicbrainz/picard.
Used diff -uNr -x CVS /path/to/openbsd/ports mystuff/port to generate the diff.
