Software Testing Techniques
Received my second hand copy of Software Testing Techniques Second Edition by Boris Beizer.
fgrep
From man grep:
fgrep is quicker than both grep and egrep, but can only handle fixed patterns (i.e. it does not interpret regular expressions).
So I should be using fgrep as most of my grep's do not include regular expressions.
Thanks to Jeremy Evans post to openbsd-ports, for bringing my attention to this :~)
