Earning Bitcoins is not cost effective - on Bit Visitor the earning rate seems to be 0.1 uBTC - so at 5 mins a site that is over 50 hours before you can earn the 60 uBTC which is when they pay. I've been at it all evening only earned 5.872 uBTC…

You earn 0.00000020 BTC every half an hour which is paid to CoinBox Me but CoinBox pays out at 0.000055 BTC which will take 137.5 hours…
Daily BitCoins
You get 0.000001 BTC every hour - but they only payout at 0.0001 BTC so you have to wait for 100 hours to get a payout. Payments older than 60 days are removed.
CoinWorker
This site gets you do tasks which are rewarded with BitCoins it use other sites - the system seems a bit like a pyramid scheme :~)
CrowdFlower is one of the task sites.
It will be interesting if I can earn anything in the next 10 days..
