Hosted by CONNEXIONS4LONDON Ltd (Bournemouth) [53.09 km]: 15.656 ms Testing download speed........................................ Download: 10.30 Mbit/s Testing upload speed.................................................. Upload: 1.26 Mbit/sslightly better than the ibook:
ibook:fred ~> speedtest-cli Retrieving speedtest.net configuration... Retrieving speedtest.net server list... Testing from Virgin Media (81.96.60.60)... Selecting best server based on ping... Hosted by RapidSwitch (Maidenhead) [85.53 km]: 109.355 ms Testing download speed........................................ Download: 9.89 Mbit/s Testing upload speed.................................................. Upload: 0.93 Mbit/sbut still below what it should be...
Part of this was due to my firewall and part due to some errors on the line.
