  • 2 medium paced laps of the track
  • Individual Lap
30 minsMain Content:
  • Explanation: bunny hop
    • Start: Body position relaxed
    • Momentum: low / medium speed
    • Line: straight
    • Body Position: compress and explode
    • Exit: Body relaxed ready for next obstacle
  • Bunny Hop Limbo pole on path
  • Jumping (weather)
  • Bunny Hop Limbo pole on track (weather)

Progression:

  • Higher bunny hops
  • 180s and 360s
Coaching Points:
  • Level Pedals
  • Brake covered
  • Absorb bike into body (bend arms and legs)
  • Push down and pop up
  • Head Straight

Two medium speed laps of the track, slow pump race - last person to finish, followed by some stretching.
